Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

1. Admission & Seat Allocation

Admissions to Kiddie Clouds: Play School & Day Care Creche (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Daycare) are granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis subject to age eligibility criteria and seat availability in each section. We do not conduct interviews or entrance tests for children.

2. Document Submission

Admission is provisional until verified municipal birth certificate records, photographs, and residence proofs are formally deposited with our administration office. Any falsification of child age records will result in cancellation of enrollment.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Preschool hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday through Friday). Parents and authorized van drivers are requested to adhere strictly to drop-off and pickup timings. Late pickups from preschool beyond 15 minutes may be transitioned to daycare support.

4. Child Health & Illness Protocol

To safeguard all children in our communal classrooms, parents must keep children home if they exhibit contagious symptoms (fever, infectious rashes, severe cough, or eye infections) until cleared by a medical doctor.

5. Campus Security & Pickup Authorization

Children will be handed over solely to authorized parents or guardians holding the designated school pickup card. Prior written or telephonic authorization is mandatory if an alternate caregiver is picking up the child.
